While most of the stars opted to celebrate New Year eve with their alleged partners outside the country, actress Sonam Kapoor chose to welcome 2014 in India only. The beautiful actress who had made her debut oppositeRanbir Kapoor, was on a beach vacation was in Goa.

The fashionista who is current relationship status is ‘single’ was on a holiday with her friends. Also accompanying her was producer sister, Rhea Kapoor and her boyfriend, Karan Boolani.  Here are a few pictures of what fun did the diva have during her beach vacation.

In this second picture, the talented actress is seen flashing the cute smile that won her the lead role in the ‘Khoobsurat’ remake.  She was currently shooting in Jaipur for the movie and this Goa trip was a small and well deserved break for the girl.

And this, the girl in two-piece bikini is not Sonam but her sister, Rhea. Kissing her is her boyfriend Karan Boolani. Cute no?

As per reports, father Anil Kanpoor had planned her comfortable in a five-star resort. Sonam, for whom 2013 was a success as her ‘Ranjhnaa’ and ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ were hits, had been shooting in Rajasthan for the ‘Khoobsurat’ remake. She will be seen reprising Rekha’s character, which is quite opposite to her fashionista image .
